This overview describes the controls and technical approach present in AI Time. A final jurisdiction-specific privacy policy will be published before public release.
AI Time does not sell calendar information or use it to build advertising profiles. Product availability, final retention periods, and launch-region legal terms will be documented before release.
Information used by the product
AI Time can handle account information, private calendar cards, tasks, goals, settings, Chronos conversations, and the calendar information a user explicitly chooses to connect. Subscription entitlement status may be received from Apple; payment-card information is handled by Apple rather than AI Time.
Optional calendar connections
Apple Calendar and Google Calendar connections are optional and user-controlled. The app requests access only through the relevant permission or consent flow. Supported connections can be disabled or disconnected.
Chronos and AI processing
When a user asks Chronos for help, the request and relevant planning context are processed through server-side services to generate a response or supported proposal. AI Time keeps meaningful external and destructive actions behind its authorization and confirmation flow.
Security approach
The product uses HTTPS, secure device storage for session credentials, server-side service credentials, account-scoped records, and database access controls. No online service can promise absolute security.
User controls
- Create, edit, and delete planning items.
- Disconnect supported calendar providers.
- Clear Chronos conversation history.
- Export account information.
- Initiate permanent account deletion in Settings.
Account deletion and connected services
Deleting an AI Time account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription or delete events stored by Apple or Google. Those services retain their own controls and policies.
